Clear pricing, no surprises.
With a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you can claim a Medicare rebate on a set number of sessions each financial year. You don't need a referral or a plan to book, they just reduce your out-of-pocket cost. Private health extras may also contribute, depending on your cover.

No forms to agonise over, no story to rehearse. Come as you are, figuring out where to start is literally our job.

Do I need a referral to see you?
No, you're welcome to book in directly. If you'd like to claim Medicare rebates, your GP can set up a Mental Health Care Plan, but it's not required to start.
How long is each session?
Standard sessions run for 50 minutes. Your first session is the same length, there's no separate, longer intake appointment to book.
Can I switch between online and in person?
Absolutely. Plenty of clients do a mix, in person when it suits, online when life gets busy. Just let us know what works for any given week.
What happens in the first session?
Mostly we just talk. We'll get to know what's bringing you in and what you'd like to be different, and you'll get a feel for how we work. There's no pressure to have it all figured out.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens, just let us know at least 24 hours ahead where you can, so the spot can go to someone else who needs it. Full details are shared when you book.
