Home / Meet the team

A small, focused team.

Coast to Coast Psychology is a small team of psychologists who know every client by name. No rotating roster, no being handed around. The person you meet first is the person you keep.

Founder & Principal Psychologist

Holly Schroeder

Holly is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Applied Psychology, and she's spent her career trying very hard not to sound like one. Her sessions are warm, plain-spoken and grounded in the actual science of what's going on in your body and brain, often with a drawing or two.

Her background spans private practice, neurodivergent sensory work, infant sleep consulting and school-based intervention, and she most enjoys working with women, new parents and neurodiverse clients. Her work draws on CBT, ACT and psychodynamic therapy. Outside of sessions you'll find her hiking with her dog, free diving, or holding a good chai latte.

Paris Dunn — Psychologist at Coast to Coast Psychology
Psychologist

Paris Dunn

Paris is a General Psychologist with a Master of Applied Psychology. She works with children, adolescents and adults, with a particular interest in anxiety, depression, trauma and neurodiversity. She's worked closely with schools and families, including delivering the Positive Parenting Program and trauma-informed intervention.

Her approach is warm, practical and evidence-based, focused on change that fits real life rather than a textbook. Outside of work she's a mum of two who loves reading and being in the water — swimming, snorkelling or surfing.

Jessica Williams — Marketing & Referral Relationships Manager at Coast to Coast Psychology
Marketing & Referral Relationships Manager

Jessica Williams

Jess is the organised one. An experienced marketing, communications and administration professional, she keeps the practice's systems tidy, its communication clear, and its day-to-day running smoothly, so the psychologists can focus on clients.

She works remotely while living on the road, which suits a telehealth-first practice rather well. For referral partnerships, get in touch with Jess directly.

Why so small?

Small enough to really know you.

01

One relationship

You see the same psychologist every session. No re-telling your story to someone new, no falling through the cracks between clinicians.

02

Your enquiry, our inbox

When you send a booking enquiry, a psychologist reads it, not a booking system. The practice is small enough that nothing gets lost.

03

Room to grow, carefully

As the Brisbane practice grows, so might the team, but only with people who share the same plain-talking, evidence-based way of working.

Come say hi.

Make a booking enquiry and you'll hear back from Holly herself, usually within a working day.
